Prime Video e OPTO SIC revivem uma das séries mais marcantes da televisão portuguesa

Está a chegar um reboot que vai fazer tremer o ecrã e não só!! “Lua Vermelha: Nova Geração” marca o regresso de um dos maiores fenómenos da ficção juvenil nacional, agora com um novo elenco, uma narrativa atualizada e o mesmo sangue sobrenatural que conquistou o país em 2010.

A nova série é fruto de uma parceria entre a Prime Video e a OPTO SIC, com produção da SP, e será lançada ainda este ano. Preparados para reencontrar vampiros, segredos e uma nova ameaça que pode mudar o destino da humanidade?

Um legado sombrio renasce…agora com Sofia no centro da história

Passaram-se dezasseis anos desde os eventos da série original. Afonso e Isabel vivem agora em paz em Sintra, mas tudo muda quando a sua filha, Sofia, começa a manifestar dons especiais. Sem saber, ela está ligada a uma guerra ancestral e será o centro de uma nova e poderosa ameaça sobrenatural.

À medida que o perigo cresce, os pais já não conseguem esconder-lhe a verdade: o passado não ficou enterrado, e o sangue da sua família tem um papel crucial no futuro do mundo.

Um reboot com ADN português e ambição global

Inspirada na série original, esta “Nova Geração” vai manter o espírito que os fãs adoraram, mas com uma abordagem mais contemporânea e internacional. A Prime Video e a OPTO SIC querem levar o universo de Lua Vermelha além-fronteiras, apresentando novos talentos e histórias que vão dar que falar.

E por falar em talentos, o casting nacional decorreu em junho e atraiu milhares de jovens entre os 16 e os 25 anos. Uma verdadeira febre vampírica que prova que Lua Vermelha continua viva no coração do público português.

Estreia ainda em 2025, só na Prime Video e OPTO SIC

Ainda sem data exata revelada, a série vai estrear exclusivamente na OPTO SIC e na Prime Video, estando incluída na subscrição Prime (4,99€/mês ou 49,90€/ano). Junta-se assim ao catálogo crescente de conteúdos portugueses da plataforma, ao lado de títulos como Morangos com Açúcar, PRAXX, O Clube, Os Eleitos, Tony, entre outros.
