Óscares – Filmes vão competir pela estatueta a 10 de março
A 96.ª edição dos Óscares realiza-se a 10 de março em Los Angeles. Após um ano conturbado para a indústria, o tema são mesmo os filmes. Percalços atrás das câmara, falou-se de receitas, comissões e crise, mas o resultado final são bons filmes com boas interpretações.
Oppenheimer, com 13 nomeações, é a bomba a abater, mas a peculiar comédia Poor Things não lhe fica atrás (11). É estranho dizer que um filme com Scorcese (o realizador mais velho de sempre a ser nomeado) e DiCaprio não é favorito, mas Lily Gladstone deverá vencer para melhor atriz, com Emma Stone a vender a derrota, se vender, a muito custo. Barbie, que aniquilou a concorrência em receita, conseguiu oito nomeações, mas a realização de Greta e a representação de Margot ficaram sem destaque. Com duas músicas nomeadas e duas representações secundárias a acompanharem a de melhor filme, poderá ser o grande derrotado da noite ao não conseguir prémios nas categorias principais.
Apesar de a Disney ter arrecadado um total de 20 nomeações (aglomerando todas as companhias do grupo), é de destacar que a Netflix conseguiu 18, com Maestro a ser o principal porta-estandarte. A Apple, com Killers of the Flower Moon e Napoleon, arrecadou 13. Conhece a lista de nomeados abaixo:
